Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of lenvorlab.com and any purchase you make from Lenvor Lab Supply (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
Products
We sell tested, recertified, and new laboratory instruments, consumables, pipettes, and filtration products. We work to describe items accurately, including condition, model, and specifications. Photos are of the actual or representative item. Because much of our inventory is pre-owned, minor cosmetic wear may be present and is noted where relevant.
Pricing & Quotes
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. For institutional buyers, we provide formal quotes on request; unless stated otherwise, a quote is valid for 30 days from its date. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.
Orders
Your order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept, decline, limit, or cancel any order — for example, due to stock availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will issue a full refund.
Payment
We accept credit/debit cards and PayPal (processed by Stripe and PayPal), and bank transfer / ACH for institutional purchase orders. You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, and customs fees. Orders paid by bank transfer ship once payment is confirmed.
Shipping
Shipping, delivery times, duties, and taxes are described on our Shipping & Returns page, which is incorporated into these Terms. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier unless otherwise agreed.
Returns & Warranty
Returns and warranty coverage are described on our Shipping & Returns page. Instruments include a 30-day functional warranty unless otherwise stated on the product page. Except for that stated warranty, products are provided “as described,” and we disclaim all other warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lenvor Lab Supply is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Site or any product. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation, or to attempt unauthorized access to any part of it.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including the Lenvor Lab Supply name, logo, text, and images — is owned by us or our licensors and may not be used without permission.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in San Diego County, California.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page with a revised effective date.
