Shipping & Returns Policy
Shipping
We ship worldwide from the United States. Most in-stock items ship within 1–3 business days. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or quoted separately for large and heavy instruments. Tracking is provided for every order. Large instruments may ship by freight (palletized); we will confirm timing when your order is placed. International duties, taxes, and customs fees are the buyer’s responsibility.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received; the buyer is responsible for return shipping. Refunds are issued once the item is received and inspected. If an item arrives not as described, contact us within 14 days and we will make it right with a replacement or refund.
Warranty
Instruments include a 30-day functional warranty unless otherwise stated on the product page. Extended warranty options are available on request.
